Thuộc tính negative của giao diện CSSCounterStyleRule lấy và thiết lập giá trị của bộ mô tả negative. Nếu bộ mô tả không có giá trị nào được thiết lập, thuộc tính này sẽ trả về một chuỗi rỗng.
