Phương thức createPipelineLayout() của giao diện GPUDevice tạo một GPUPipelineLayout xác định các GPUBindGroupLayout mà một pipeline sử dụng. Các GPUBindGroup dùng cùng pipeline trong quá trình mã hóa lệnh phải có GPUBindGroupLayout tương thích.
