Thuộc tính speaking chỉ đọc của giao diện SpeechSynthesis là một giá trị boolean trả về true nếu một utterance hiện đang trong quá trình được phát ra lời nói, ngay cả khi SpeechSynthesis đang ở trạng thái paused.
