Element: previousElementSibling プロパティ

この機能は広く実装されており、多くのバージョンの端末やブラウザーで動作します。2015年7月以降、すべてのブラウザーで利用可能です。
Element.previousElementSibling は読み取り専用のプロパティで、この要素 (Element) の親の子リスト内ですぐ前にある要素を返します。このノードがリストの最初のノードであった場合は null を返します。

Element オブジェクト、または null です。
